How do I receive leads?
Via text message and email — whichever you prefer. You’ll get the homeowner’s name, contact info, service needed, zip code, and urgency level. You reach out directly to quote the job.
What if a lead doesn’t respond or is a bad fit?
On the Pay Per Lead plan, you can dispute a lead within 48 hours if the contact info is invalid or the homeowner is unresponsive. We’ll credit your account. Pro Monthly and Exclusive Zone plans include unlimited leads so this isn’t an issue.
Do you take a percentage of my jobs?
No. You keep 100% of what you charge the homeowner. Our revenue comes from the lead fee or monthly subscription — never from your invoices.
What does “Exclusive Zone” actually mean?
If you’re the Exclusive Zone plumber for zip code 42101 (Bowling Green), then every plumbing lead in that zip code goes to you and only you. No competition from other plumbers in our network for that territory.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. No contracts. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled at any time. Pay Per Lead has no commitment at all — you only pay when we deliver.
I’m just starting out. Can I still join?
Yes. We accept contractors at all stages. If you don’t have liability insurance yet, we recommend getting it — but we’ll still list you with a note that you’re uninsured so homeowners can make informed decisions.
